New Info. on Meat from Cannery

I just got a report about why the church has been stopped by the FDA from selling meat to those who work a shift.  It still doesn't make a lot of sense but this is what we were told.  The FDA said that over the last year there have been so many recalls concerning meat that they were suspicious of bad meat being sold to the church canneries.  In order to remove this suspicion the church is looking into purchasing their own beef and poultry farms so they can ensure proper meat handling to the FDA.  Pray that there will be a way made for the church and us as members to help build our food storage.  It most likely will be at least a year till any change is possible.  October 7th is our stake assignment for beef chunks.  Please still sign up to help serve even though we can't buy the product.  There will definitely be blessings for those who serve with full charity.
