1/2 onion, chopped (can use dried onions)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Mushrooms (can use 1 c. sliced fresh)
1/2 carton Sour Cream
In 2 T. olive oil, saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Season as desired with salt and pepper. Add beef chunks and heat through. Then add mushroom soup. Add sour cream just before serving over rice or egg noodles.
When I cook my rice I add dried green peppers and they reconstitute beautifully.
