Taco Soup-Good Food Storage Recipe!

This recipe is courtesy of LeeAnne Adams.  I love how easy and good it is.

1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion (or can use a handful of dried)
2 16-oz. cans kidney beans
1 16-oz. can corn, drained (frozen works well too)
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 26-oz. can stewed tomatoes or 1-quart bottled tomatoes
Tortilla chips
Cheese, to garnish
Sour cream, to garnish 

Brown meat and onion. Put in crock-pot.  Add remaining ingredients to pot.  Cook on LOW 2-3 hours.  Serve topped with grated cheese (Jack or Cheddar), sour cream and crushed or whole tortilla chips.
